02 / About

Driven by Empathy,
Guided by Systems Thinking.

I began my career in 2011 doing UI design and industrial design before transitioning into dedicated UX roles. In 2015, I entered the medical device industry, where I deepened my empathy for end-users and truly enjoyed learning about medical procedures, human factors, physical use environments, and business constraints. Most of all, it was incredibly rewarding to know my designs positively impacted not only patients' lives, but their families' lives as well.

Today, I design complex B2B products facilitating cross-functional team discovery, leading research, simplifying complex workflow problems into intuitive systems that users can navigate with confidence and enabling businesses to make informed decisions. Also, I naturally search for opportunities to optimize design operations, tackle systemic team challenges, workflows, and skill gaps to help teams grow because I care about how people work together.

Off the clock, I enjoy baking, snowboarding, bouldering, hiking with my dog and constantly brainstorming new entrepreneurial ideas.
